MAPLE PARK, Ill. — Updates and results from Sunday’s fifth round of the DIRTcar Summer Nationals at Sycamore Speedway, an event highlighted by a 30-lap, $5,000-to-win feature for DIRTcar Super Late Models (results unofficial):

Feature

Reversing the previous night's series finish, sixth-starting Jason Feger of Bloomington, Ill., went around Brian Shirley on the 21st lap Sunday at Sycamore Speedway and raced to a $5,000 DIRTcar Summer Nationals victory. Feger clinched the $10,000 first week points title in taking the checkers 1.338 seconds ahead of Shirley to duplicate his 2024 victory at Sycamore. Shirley was the 2021-23 winner at Sycamore.
