Kyle Moore celebrates his second career Iron-Man Series victory.
What won the race: Track points leader Kyle Moore of Mansfield, Ohio, led all 30 laps Friday at Attica Raceway Park for a $5,000 Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series victory. He took the checkers more than three seconds ahead of Chad Finley, making his first start at Attica since 2021.
Quotable: "The car's been good. I probably should've had a couple of more wins here," Moore said, adding that "damn, this car's good."
Key notes: Moore earned his fourth Attica victory of the season and 10th of his career. ... He notched his second Iron-Man tour victory; his first came Aug. 10, 2024, at Ohio's Wayne County Speedway. ... Feature runner-up Chad Finley made his first start at Attica since March 27, 2021, when he finished fifth in a weekly event. ... Third-place finisher Todd Brennan had a broken rear end in the car he planned to run and switched to his other car. ...
